Jonathan K. Kurohara, M.D.

Dr. Kurohara has been in practice in Simi Valley since 1987. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice. After completing his undergraduate education at Claremont McKenna College in California, Dr. Kurohara earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago in 1984. He did his internship and residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. He has been on the Board of Directors at Simi Valley Hospital and has been the Family Practice Chair and Simi Valley Hospital Chief of Staff. Dr Kurohara has been the medical director of the Free Clinic of Simi Valley since 1987.

Dr. Kurohara enjoys bicycling and family activities including hiking, soccer, martial arts and music. He also attends Laker games and is active in the Simi Valley Rotary Club.
